So vital for so many critical functions! It's something I am often posting about or sharing different resources on the benefits.

Magnesium ensures proper functioning of other critical minerals including Zinc, Calcium, Iron and Copper. Adequate levels of magnesium supports our sleep, energy levels, mental health and concentration, just to name a few…..

Unfortunately deficiency is common due to the inadequacy of our soil and the processed nature of our diets. Symptoms of lower magnesium levels can include poor concentration, brain fog, muscle cramps, restless legs, aches and pains and sleep problems.

Magnesium supplements are readily available however I found most upset my tummy and I was pretty rubbish at remembering to take them.

There is a much simpler option and that’s via a spray, soak or balm. Absorption of Magnesium via the skin is extremely effective and removes any involvement of the gut.

It’s one of those things that until you try it you didn’t know you needed it.
