Overthinking
Overthinking as a problem has come up with quite a few of my coaching clients this past fortnight.
Whether you’re a chronic overthinker or you just need to make a tough decision, you’ve probably had sleepless nights where you just can't shut your brain off. It's human nature to think things through, weigh up the pros and cons. TOTALLY NORMAL!
It becomes overthinking when you cant stop and you cant get out of your own head.
That feeling of it being all consuming, ruminating or going over the same scenarios over and over again. The overthinking is preventing from taking action because you're stuck in the loop of thinking about it. Your brain is overloaded with it, you cant think about anything else.
